We Are a COVID Safe Business

As we collectively respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, Friday Creek Retreat continues to ensure that guest and staff health and safety remains our top priority.  Our business is open and welcoming guests, we have completed a COVID-19 Safety Plan, implemented practices to comply with NSW Health guidelines and registered as a COVID Safe business through NSW Government.

We continue to abide by NSW Health authorities restrictions and practices.  As a result, we’ve posted signage for guests to follow and modified our communal BBQ and Pizza oven availability to comply with physical distancing regulations. Therefore, the wood-fired pizza oven may not be available for guest use at this time.

We ask that each guest recognise their responsibility to be informed and comply with their local COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines as well as the guidelines that we have put in place to keep our guests and staff well.  As a guest, you will be obligated to comply with the following COVID-19 Safety Plan guidelines:

Before arrival:

• Ensure all guests in your booking party are aware they should only visit if they are feeling well and do not have any respiratory or COVID-19 symptoms

• If you or anyone in your booking party has visited COVID-19 hotspots in the 4 weeks before arrival, please contact Friday Creek Retreat management.
• Anyone who is unwell with respiratory symptoms or fever are advised to immediately get tested and place themselves in isolation until they have received their results.

During your visit:

• Guests are to provide their name and phone number to Friday Creek Retreat management.  This information will only be shared with public health authorities for contact tracing if necessary.
• All guests must ensure they maintain a 1.5-metre distance from anyone that is not in their same household.
• A 4-metre distance must be adhered to in all undercover areas for guests not from the same household.
• All guests are advised to practice hand hygiene by washing hands often with soap and water and/or by using hand sanitiser.

We appreciate your cooperation in abiding by these conditions of entry in an effort to provide a healthy environment for all guests and staff at Friday Creek Retreat.
