Would you like to DIY all the details or sit back and relax while the wedding planner and stylists do all the heavy lifting? As a ‘Bring Your Own’ venue we offer you absolute flexibility. Hire your own preferred vendors including wedding coordinators, caterers, bar, and props hire. The choice is uniquely yours. If you need help choosing, we’ve worked with some incredible local vendors that we are happy to recommend to you.
Avoid the late night taxi ride after your night of celebrating. At Friday Creek Retreat you have exclusive use of the entire property for a minimum of two nights. That way you and your guests can get ready, celebrate and sleep without having to leave the retreat.
If you’re looking for an outdoor wedding ceremony, you’re in the right place. Your ceremony and photo shoots can be held anywhere on the 100 acre property. From the lily-adorned lake, romantic island, vineyard, centuries old Eucalyptus stands, at the edge of a flowing creek, or overlooking the rolling hills from the stretch tent. Anywhere that speaks to you. We even supply a rustic timber arbor.
Receptions are held outdoors on the deck next to our resort-style pool and BBQ facilities. We supply the basics: elegant stretch tent, toilets, AV system, BBQ facilities and kitchen. Along with space for bring your own bar and catering hire options.
The luxurious country-style accommodation features nine self contained cottages sleeping up to 40 guests in total. Each cottage is equipped with full kitchen and spa baths making for a home away for all your guests. Our largest cottage with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and full kitchen has become a bridal party favourite getting ready and preparing for all the festivities together. Since the accommodation is included in our wedding package price, you can decide to pay for your guests’ accommodation or pass the expense onto them.
One hundred acres of sprawling green hills dotted with cattle and rimmed by native Eucalypts and Silky oaks, set the backdrop for this wedding venue. Take in the natural beauty from the banks of the flowing creek or overlooking the valley from the pool deck surrounded by manicured gardens.

If you or your friends and family are travelling from afar, Coffs Harbour Airport is only a 20 minutes drive from the venue. Add in the resort style pool, tennis court, vineyard and onsite accommodation and the festivities are likely to continue well beyond the wedding day itself.
