It’s hard to believe we have been the owners of Friday Creek now for 8 months – the time has flown by. We love living in this beautiful valley just outside Coffs Harbour, and enjoying meeting our guests, most of who come here for rest, relaxation, privacy, peace and quiet. And they certainly get all that here at Friday Creek Retreat.
We are receiving wonderful comments about our cottages and how much the guests are enjoying the accommodation we provide. Here’s one guest’s comments just posted today on Trip Advisor;
“Follow the signs along an easy to drive, winding scenic road west of Coffs Harbour, for only 15 minutes into the fresh air of the mountains where you will find Friday Creek Retreat. Upon arriving, our gracious host greeted us with a warm smile, quickly showed us around and left us to it! Our little cabin , #8 The French Provincial Cottage, was beautiful! We were in awe with the design and spectacular views outside our doors, we threw them open and basked in the fresh breeze coming up off the paddock! What an absolutely stunning way to spend a Saturday afternoon, a cup of tea, on the verenda watching the clouds roll by. After we had nearly fallen asleep in the spa bath, we slept like babies in the comfortable bed and being busy working parents of 4 wonderful kiddies, were surprised to wake up at a later hour than we normally do, that’s just how peaceful it really is at Friday Creek Retreat. Reluctantly we packed up and said C-YA to our little cottage, not goodbye, as we will be back!”
It makes us so happy reading such wonderful reviews! We have many plans ahead for further improvements to the accommodation and grounds at Friday Creek, and will keep posting our progress.
