After many, many weeks of work our builders have finally finished the extension to our pool deck, along with the refurbishment of the old section of the deck. So everything is now brand new, solid and safe.
The pool pump house has been moved from the edge of the old deck, where it was in the centre of the view, and it is now tucked away behind bushes, out of sight, which is where is should be.
The views from the deck are just stunning, taking in over 180o views of the beautiful green valley on the property.
We have added over 125 Sq metres of new decking and it is now a huge area able to accommodate large groups for parties, functions, weddings and just lots of guests during our peak summer times.
Additional furniture has arrived, with more to come prior to summer. We are also adding an additional BBQ area on the lower deck for peak times, to enable all guests to find somewhere to cook without overcrowding the existing BBQ/pizza oven area.
Winter has certainly arrived here at Friday Creek and our vineyard is just clinging on to the last few leaves, and our other deciduous trees having mainly lost their lovely autumn coloured leaves.
The days here are just stunningly beautiful with lots of lovely sunshine, no rain and hardly a cloud in the sky. Then come evening when the temperature drops, our guests are cosy and warm inside enjoying the open fires. We provide all wood for the fires, and even marshmallows and fork for toasting.
All beds have electric blankets, and we also provide lovely warm cosy gowns for our guests. I have just added a beautiful range of spa bath products for sale, from bubble bath, to bath bombs and Mineral soaks. All products are handmade in Sydney with no harsh products or chemicals, and not tested on animals. So safe, luxurious and good for our bodies and the earth, all at a very reasonable price.
