WEATHER and OUR NEW POOL DECK EXTENSION

As we enter into the last couple of weeks of autumn, the weather is just beautiful here at Friday Creek.

Crisp, clear sunny days and cool nights. Our guests are enjoying the open fires and toasting marshmallows.

The electric blankets are back on the beds, and the warm winter gowns have replaced the summer gowns.

Our swimming pool deck extension is nearing completion. We have added another 125 sq metres to the existing small deck and it is looking fabulous. The builders are now replacing the timber and stairs on the old section of the deck, and it should be finished within a week , weather permitting.

The lights in the deck are looking great at night, and we will be adding further lights in the gardens and fairy lights in the trees when it is all complete. Additional outdoor furniture has been added with more to come. We have mixed the furniture up with lounges, tables and chairs and smaller groups of timber chairs with coffee tables.

The view from the deck is now just breathtaking, after we moved the pool pump house out of sight.

This area will be great for larger groups for entertaining or just relaxing, and will benefit all guests during our peak summer seasons when everyone wants to be in the pool area at the same time.
We have now added a lovely range of bath products for guests to purchase, which include bath bombs, bubble bath, bath melts and mineral bath salts. So the spa bath experience at Friday Creek is now even more special.

It is hard to believe how busy we are now at Friday Creek, since we took over in March last year. Each month exceeds the previous month, with some wonderful reviews on Trip Advisor and Facebook. We also received an award from booking.com, with an outstanding score of 9.5 out of 10 from guest reviews. This has already increased to 9.6 since we received the award.

We couldn’t be happier that guests are enjoying their time with us here at Friday Creek and especially those that share their experience for others to read.
